What started small has grown by word of mouth — friends, neighbors, customers who became regulars. We've kept it slow on purpose. Better to make a few things really well than a lot of things almost right. We test every recipe ourselves. We listen to feedback. And we don't ship anything we wouldn't put on our own skin.
